Weekend Schedule:
Saturday 9:00-12:00: Introductory session and journeying to find your helping spirit guides. Saturday: 2:00-6:00: Continue journeying and discussion on healing techniques and hands on practice on healing and energy practices. Sunday 9:00-12:00: Merge journeying and healing with hands on practice. Sunday: 2:00-4:00: Closing session with possible practice and discussion on how to continue energy practices when you go home and how this could fit within your community.
Meal Schedule:
There will be no meals provided during this event. Drinks and snacks may be purchased. You may bring your own meals or you may go to local restaurants for your meals during the meal breaks.

What to bring:
Loose comfortable clothing.
Eye pillow or bandanna to cover eyes when meditating.
Bring an item to place on the Shamanic Alter we will construct at the first session.

Gay Men's Shamanic Retreat
Echo Ridge Retreat
This gay men's retreat workshop will teach you how to find your spirit guide by different meditative techniques including drumming. Once you find your guide, we will journey on a variety of themes.
Once you are comfortable with your journeying, you will learn Shamanic, Reiki and other energy healing techniques followed by a hands on practical experience.
You will work with other members of the group in healing sessions by using a combination of journeying, intuitive and hands on energy transmission.
